Ive never been very good at taking pictures. Joy spoiled me with that. 

She always took all the pictures, so I never worried about it. Now that Joy is not around. Ive been trying to work on this. Usually I can never get the camera fast enough, when it comes to taking pictures of my kiddos.

I often wish I had camera earrings that would take pictures when I blink.

Then maybe I wouldnt miss everything.

So anyways, Ive been trying to take more pictures.

The other day I learned how to make balloon animals for my nephews carnival birthday party.

My boys loved playing with them, so I tried getting a good picture.

Ive noticed lately I always forget to change the setting from video, back to camera. So when I put my pictures on the computer, I find a bunch of these......

Unfortunately, I didn't get a good picture.

But that's okay, I like this video better! It makes me laugh!

Happy Birthday Wyatt!

I cant believe it.

My Wyatt boy is 3 years old!

To celebrate we had some awesome family and friends over 

for yummy cake and ice cream!

 

 This is actually a shark cookie. Wyatt will not eat cake.

 He begs me for cookies all the time. If we dont have them. 

he pretends we do, and we pretend to eat them together.

 Going fishing!

 Then we played "feed Bruce" with the fish we caught!

 We played forever in the bubbles!

 And we colored. Thanks Brittney for your shark!

How Convenient

 

We love our new place! 

Except I'm still pretty unorganized. 

I have a new goal this week to try and get everything unpacked, put away, or thrown out.

 However, getting rid of these last few boxes has taken longer than I thought it would.

 My little boys have been "great helpers."

While I was unloading some suitcases,

 my boys found something that kept them pretty busy.

Can you imagine fitting into that tiny pocket? Maybe my foot would fit in there!

 

 They loved it! And I love Wyatt's cheese smile. 

This is the first time he smiled for me.

Usually he does the napoleon dynamite thing, or a crusty.

Of course, woody needed a turn too!

If your thinking I left them in there to give myself extra time.......

maybe I did..maybe I didn't.

 Just kidding, we had a great morning!

Now we are off to the pool, I just unpacked our water toys and they cant wait to use them!

Tank Boy

Mister Miles Turned ONE!

Miles is such a happy boy. He smiles and laughs all the time!

He loves to feed himself, which is hard because he just got his second tooth.

His favorite is strawberries and grapes.

He trys to keep up with Wyatt and whatever he does, its cute!

No one can make him laugh more than his Dad!

Basically a heart melter!

For his Birthday we went to Chucky Cheese!

obviously we went there for the kids, 

but it ended up being a blast for everyone! 

I will never forget watching my mom shoot zombies with a machine gun.

 I wish I would have got a picture of that!

It was a wonderful day surrounded by family!

Happy 4 Years to My Hubba Hubba!!

For our favorite day we celebrated by hiking the Y.

It was just Bryn and me.

It was Beautiful.

My legs feel awesome.

and a fellow hiker asked us,

"Are you the two bush-wackers I saw a minute ago?"

it was funny.

(bush-wacker means two loud boys hiking off the trail, beating the shrubbery with walking sticks.)

Then we went out to Tucanos.

We love that place.

We ate tons, it was delicious!

Later that night we ate chocolate covered pretzels,

and drank cream soda,

while watching a redbox movie.

It was So Much Fun!

Bryn is to take off our anniversary every year.......I wish!

Formula Fun

Last night I had to make an emergency run to the store because Miles was out of formula. This morning I will be going again.

That's right, that's ALL the new formula all over my kitchen floor and my boys. $15 down the tubes. Well, maybe not completely down the tubes. They did enjoy themselves.

Whatever Works!

Its funny the things you do to get your kids to eat and sleep.

For the last little while, Wyatt has not been interested in food.

You've all prolly seen a Christmas story where the little brother
only eats dinner when showing his mom how the piggy eats.
Well, Wyatt has been pretending to be a dog lately.

He will crawl around on all fours and bark. Even lick our faces.
So the other night when he was being our dog instead of eating dinner,
I thought Id just try it!
I put his dinner on the floor with a bowl of water and said,
"here puppy, eat your dinner!"
amazingly enough......he ate it!!
now when he pretends to be a dog, he will eat off the floor!




Other funny news.
Wyatt has been sleeping under a laundry basket
for almost 3 weeks now.
even for nap time!
We have been having a hard time staying in bed to go to sleep.
So, I just put the basket over him when he was
going to sleep to make it more fun.
He loves it. He totally stays in bed under his
basket and goes to sleep ALL NIGHT.
He even gives us goodnight kisses through the little holes.
If he gets up to grab toys,
he will climb back into bed and put his basket over him.
The basket stays on all night!
It really is funny.
Now when we tuck him in for sleep, he always asks for it.




Miles is doing well too!
We have started feeding him baby food.
He will only open his mouth for bananas!! Nothing else!!
He is sitting up, and rolling over, and filling our house with his LOUD noises!
I Love It!!
My boys are sooooo much FUN!!!
